Snowed In

It’s the first big snowfall we’ve had in years here in the DMV. Things have been moving pretty quickly, but I took a moment to look around and soak it all in. We’ve got a new member in the family, and a milestone is just around the corner. Just enjoying the ride and not stressing about where we’re headed.

I was wondering if my site was still up. Got through the pandemic. Fully vaccinated and happily married now.

My reaction to Trump cancelling the scheduled two percent pay raise for millions of federal employees.

It's too nice of a day to be indoors.  Time to enjoy the good weather while it lasts.  Before you know it Fall will rear it's head again.

It's been a long time

To recap the last three years

• Moved from NJ to Virginia
• Going through a career change. 
• Two years into a serious relationship. 

No regrets.  The goal is to be happy.  

Not much to report. Just relaxing at home. Looking forward to the Cowboys vs. Chiefs game.
